Inspired by the popular movie, Disney Interactive's SPY KIDS 3-D: Game Over offers several kid-oriented arcade activities and serves a 3D gimmick that lets kids view 3D images in the game. It's not an exceptional title, but one that younger fry and those who are fans of the movie can enjoy.

SPY KIDS 3-D: Game Over has kids battling the Toymaker in his evil digital world. Kids play as Juni, who enters a video game in order to save his sister, Carmen. The game offers several different arcade segments that include platform-style activities, race games and more. The arcade games feature hitting and kicking, but there's no blood.

Exploiting the 3D gimmick and adding some unneeded icing to the cake, the game lets kids collect badges that unlock 3-D images that they may view with the SPY KIDS 3-D glasses, which comes with the game. Taking the gimmick further, kids can unlock six more 3-D rewards game when they locate secret codes in their McDonald's Happy Meals (the kind that they buy at the fast food joints).

Graphics are quite good and the controls are responsive. Overall, SPY KIDS 3-D: Game Over will appeal most to those who like simple arcade games and are fans of the movie. For this young audience, the game is alright.
